Refund Policy

Hosting

New hosting accounts can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment.

VPS servers

VPS servers can be cancelled for a refund within 7 days of the first payment, minus any setup costs.

Domains

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers cannot be refunded once processed, because the registry charges us immediately.

Renewals

Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days if the service has not been used since the renewal.

How to ask

Open a billing ticket in your client area. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days.
