Terms of Service

Agreement

By ordering any service from OSP Web Hosting you agree to these terms. If you order for a company, you confirm you may act for it.

Your account

Keep your login details secret and your contact details up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Payment and renewal

Services are paid in advance for the billing period you choose. We send renewal invoices before the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended 7 days after the due date and removed 30 days after the due date.

Fair use

Hosting resources are shared between customers. Accounts that harm server performance for others may be limited or asked to upgrade.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend services used for illegal content, spam, phishing, malware or attacks on other systems.

Backups

We keep backups as described in your plan, but you should also keep your own copy of important data.

Domains

Domain registrations follow the rules of each registry. You are the registrant of your domain and must provide accurate contact details.

Liability

We work hard to keep services online but cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you about important changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
